Able to login on Android phone but live video just says "connecting"

On android phone, we can log in but there is no live video.

It just constantly says “connecting”

I can log in on iPhone and see the live video no problem.

What phone and OS for Android? Are you on the latest app from the Play Store? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
