Silent Mode

I can't seem to turn Silent Mode off.  Regardless of what position the toggle is in (green or white) I see Silent Mode in my Devices screen, and none of my chimes work -- although calls come through regardless of which setting is selected.

If you log out and log back in, do you still experience the same behavior?
