The security screw-in bottom of the bell is stripped, and we can't replace the battery anymore.
Any solution? If I drilled it out, what is the size of the screw to replace it?
Appreciate any help

Hello,
Have you tried different screwdrivers with a #1 phillips bit? Maybe a set of jeweler's screwdrivers could be useful (use the larger sizes). A small straight slot screwdriver may be useful. Go slow to prevent tip slippage.
Too late now but one thing I do is to only snug the screw rather than trying to tighten it. Also, use of good quality screwdrivers helps since cheap ones (like the one supplied) have questionable tip shape.
