Doorbell rings wrong device. Ringing on iPad instead of iPhone. Won't ring on iPhone.

I have the Arlo app on both my iPhone and iPad. I want the doorbell to ring my iPhone only, not my iPad. Despite being logged in to the Arlo app on the iPhone (and definitely not logged in to the Arlo app on the iPad), the doorbell only ever rings on my iPad. I have tried resetting the doorbell and setting up as a new device when using the Arlo app on the iPhone but makes no difference.

Hi jStuart,
Do you have call permission enabled for the Arlo iOS app on your iPhone?

I’m running an iPhone 7 with iOS 14.7.1.
I can’t find anything about ‘call permissions’ under the iPhone Settings, either in the Arlo section or the Privacy section. I also can’t find anything about ‘call permissions’ in the Arlo App.

Try reinstalling the Arlo iOS app and reboot your iPhone device to see if that works. We recently released a new version of the Arlo iOS app, which is version 3.5.1, which can hopefully resolve the issue you're having.
