A am very disappointed with your product. I have not been able to get the doorbell portion of my $500+ dollar order to work and your support was very ineffective. I purchased your product as I read was quite good and am sorry it did not live up to it's expectations. Unfortunately I can not send you a copy of your customer service support thread. I thought it was genius that they said hold on we are consulting with our team in order to get enough time for the session to time out. Unfortunately, I am sending all of Arlo equipment back as it does me no good to have multiple components from multiple manufactures. If this correspondence does nothing I hope that it shows your customer service needs some improvement as well as components of your product. It's a bummer it fell short, I was very excited to use your product.
