Doorbell Keeps Going Out of Sync

Keep getting ‘doorbell out of sync’. Says it’s not connected. Works again after adding device again, then ‘doorbellnout of sync’ ! Shows on app again

Got system Dec26. Everything did work properly but only for a short time. When I open the app the fault shown in attachment comes up.
The house doorbell works and the Arlo Doorbell light comes on and you hear the little welcome tone from the doorbell. No doorbell text or email no message showing motion detected by doorbell

It could be the signal strength or quality of the connection between the doorbell and base is the issue. What is the doorbell mounted on? WHat is the house construction? How many walls, etc. does the signal have to pass through? Are there any other 2.4GHz devices near either the base or doorbell that could be interfering with the signal?
