My wireless doorbell is not working. I have changed batteries and it is still not getting any power. It is saying it is offline, but I am unable to reset it due to lack of power on the device. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get it to work again?

This is the audio doorbell?  (you posted it in the video doorbell section, but posted the Audio doorbell part number in the title).
