Hi All when I answer on my iPhone the person speaking is very choppy. Any suggestions

Hi Singled5678,

 

Make sure that the Base Station is not too far from your Arlo Audio Doorbell. Try to restart by removing the batteries from your Arlo Audio Doorbell and test again to see if that helps.

 

And is this happening when you're on cellular data and/or WiFi on your iPhone?
