Backplate for doorbell

I have the Arlo doorbell, but it's a different size to my old doorbell and I can see paintmarks and screw holes.  Has anyone found a good doorbell backplate that looks good with their Arlo doorbell?

I had tried 3D printing one to provide some clearance for the existing doorbell wires.  That didn't work out too well.  Luckily, the holes for the existing doorbell were closer than the Arlo's and I ended up using some plastic washers for the needed spacing.  Depending on your situation, you might want to consider getting a piece of aluminum trim and cutting it to size.  Can you post a photo of your doorframe?
