Audio messages not posting to library

In order to see doorbell audio messages in the library, I have to shut down the iOS app and relaunch. Buggy!

There may be a slight delay for the content to arrive in the library. If you wait a bit after the event occurs, does the content arrive?

I waited 10 minutes. Is that long enough? However if I totally shut down the app and check after 2 minutes the file is in the library.
