Audio doorbell problem

I'm tired of having to come on here every time there's a bloody issue with this system. Which is very frequent for my liking.

So, the newest is that the audio doorbell rings only for two rings and then stops. Or that it doesn't ring but only shows the message that it's been pressed.

I've restarted the base station and removed/re-added/reset the audio doorbell countless times.

Anyone else experiencing similar please? Or would like to test to see if experiencing similar please?
