My doorbell and chime will not work as designed and the settings on the doorbell don’t work properly (I.e. the settings for the doorbell all turn on or off - very frustrating) After 4 calls to the support team and hours on the phone with multiple attempts to reset my Doorbell and Chime the support rep finally came clean and told me that the issue is a result of the version of firmware on my chime (and possibly on my doorbell) which the engineering team is attempting to resolve. No indication of time to resolve so have a couple of new expensive paperweights. Time for Arlo to be honest with users and offer a refund if product does not work. Arlo camera fan but doorbell foe!
