Arlo Audio Doorbell potential solution if Doorbell is unable to ring on second device

I was unable to get the Arlo Doorbell to ring on a second phone (my wife’s), despite having completed the setup as prescribed. I could see the doorbell on her list of devices on her phone.
The solution was to go into the doorbell “Device Settings” on her phone, and toggle off the option to receive calls, then toggle back on.
After I did that on her phone, it started to receive doorbell calls. The other thing that happened was the settings changed and I can no longer see the exact setting that I used to do this (or I would attach a screen print).
I’m sorry this isn’t perfect, but the other answers that were on here were dead wrong.
