My doorbell doesn't allow me to talk or see video when my iphone is on wi-fi. But when I turn off wi-fi it works fine. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

It seems to be working now. But when someone presses the doorbell button the alert I get on my phone says "at 2006". What does that mean?
