To get help with your password:

 

  1. Click following URL https://my.netgear.com/registration/Newforgot_password.aspx
  2. Enter the email address you used to register on my.netgear.com.
  3. Enter in the field the displayed CAPTHCHA text.
  4. Click RESET MY PASSWORD.
