With our efforts to provide security and peace of mind for all Arlo users, we have enhanced our two-factor authentication methods so that each time you log in, you do so safely and securely. This means that if you are unable to login you may be on an older version of the app and you will need to update to the latest version of the Arlo app available from the app store to continue logging in. Once you’ve downloaded the latest version, you’re all set to log in and continue enjoying the benefits of using the Arlo app!
