    <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally, I have solved the issue by removing and adding back the camera with manual sync. When adding camera, manual sync with sync button is required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When push the sync button, long push until red led flash was required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After adding as new camera, firmware update was required, but went well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got firmware update notice 2023 September 15th night Japan standard time, then executed update. After update, only my Ultra 2 cameras have been disconnected from smarthub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried smarthub reboot, but did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried remove Ultra2 camera, then tried to add as new camera, but hub cannot find out the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manual sync button also did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connect the camera to charging cable, blue light flash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, assume camera still alive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried all items on manual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to connect ultra2 again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
