VMC3030 Red tint

Hello I have a VMC3030 that shows red tint during the day. I’ve updated the Base Station and the camera to the latest firmware but nothing seems to change. Even the software is updated! I’ve read that seems the infrared “module” that stuck in place.

I have tried to disable the infrared mode and camera itself multiple times, to bump the camera with some little vibrations but even in this case nothing occur. I read to try placing a strong magnet near the side of the camera. What do you think? Can I be able to see my video in the right colour mode? Thanks in advance!!

hai già provato a riavviare la videocamera aprendo e richiudendo lo sportello delle batterie? Puoi anche provare a togliere e rimettere le batterie prima di richiudere il vano batterie.

Il problema persiste anche cambiando la posizione della videocamera?

Buongiorno ho risolto parzialmente accostando temporaneamente un magnete sul lato della telecamera.

Quando però riattivo gli infrarossi l’output della telecamera rimane in tinta rossa anche durante la giornata.

Se le prove fornite non hanno purtroppo risolto il problema, sarebbe necessario contattare il nostro supporto tecnico per una maggiore assistenza e sostituzione. Potresti confermarmi se — come sospetto — la tua videocamera è già fuori garanzia?

Buonasera si la telecamera è fuori garanzia. Per ora la lascio stare visto che ho ripristinato l’operatività diurna avvicinando un magnete al lato. Per quanto riguarda quella notturna ho un lampione e di conseguenza non ho bisogno dell’infrarosso..
