Can’t stop low battery alerts

My Arlo essential spotlight reached 15% battery and I started receiving alerts every 6 seconds on my iPad and iPhone.

Since I was away I could not switch the camera off nor recharge it, I could not find any way to stop the notifications as the camera was reported offline in the app and removing the device completely from the app and silencing the notification for 24h did not stop either.

I received 200 email alerts in 2 minutes .

Now I still have no way to stop the notifications and it’s absolutely annoying

Non è possibile disattivare del tutto le notifiche di batteria scarica; se il numero di notifiche Le sembra insolitamente alto, La invito a provare a rimuovere la camera dal suo account Arlo e a sincronizzarla nuovamente. Se desidera, La invito a eseguire successivamente un test quando il livello della batteria raggiungerà nuovamente il 15% e verificare se il numero di notifiche ricevute sarà simile
