That is normal. It indicates connectivity to the Arlo servers.

CIao, come è normale, la luce verde di internet dovrebbe rimanere fissa come da manuale..infatti le telecamere tardano il video

Where it explains the meaning of the lights on the base.

As long as the internet light is green, even if it's flashing it's OK.

2 to 3 second delay is normal. Anything longer than this could have something to do with your internet speed and the distance of the cameras from the base.

per far si che tutti gli utenti siano in grado di capire la soluzione traduco il testo:

2/3 secondi di ritardo nei video è considerato normale. Se fosse di più, potrebbe essere dovuto anche alla velocità internet e/o alla distanza delle videocamere dalla stazione base"
