Data cripted? Data Packets?

Dear Community

We were thinking of buying this camera for a research project in our universities, filming babyes below 2 years, for which

we need to know:

--data is/can be encripted during wireless transmission? (we need striclty to adhere to ethical committe recommendation)

--data is transferred in packages? Last year we bought a imilar camera DCS-5222L D-Link, but at the end we could not use it as it was transferring data packages of 50 Mbyte, and loosing seconds between packages, in a non regular way.

We are not expert of videocamera, we need a reliable videocamera that will never loose important seconds and will also guarantee sincronization with the other videocameras.
