&lt;P&gt;Ha provato di visualizzare i video da un altro dispositivo?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;La invito a scaricare i video in locale e verificare allora come verrà riprodotto.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;La prego di effettuare uno &lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/pl" target="_blank"&gt;speedtest&lt;/A&gt; della linea Internet e fornirmi il valore che riceve in upload.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Il problema si presenta anche durante il live streaming?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;La prego di cancellare i dati dell' applicazione Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Attenderò&amp;nbsp;i dati che invierà dopo aver fatto uno speedtest.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Intendevo - cancellare la cache e dati&amp;nbsp;del app Arlo (nelle impostazioni del telefonino)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Per il problema con le notifiche doppie la invitiamo a contattare il supporto tecnico.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Il problema che impatta&amp;nbsp;alcuni clienti&amp;nbsp;ci è&amp;nbsp;noto ma per velocizzare la risoluzione la invitiamo al contatto con l'assistenza.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
