    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Could you please reset the HomeKit token for my Arlo base?&lt;BR /&gt;Details:&lt;BR /&gt;• Model: VMB4000r3&lt;BR /&gt;• Serial number: 4RD3877JA0072&lt;BR /&gt;• Firmware: 1.27.0.0_4732_03495c2&lt;BR /&gt;• Account: chri73@gmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;Issue: During HomeKit setup in the Arlo app, it gets stuck on “Discovering device” and doesn’t find the cameras, even after restarts and updates.&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly reset the HomeKit token on your end. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
