My system doesn't show recorded videos between 12.00pm and 9am

If a video record occur between 12.00pm and 9.00am it is not possible to watch it in the library The library is actually the same of the previous day After 9.00am everything start to work properly again This occur every day since April/May 2024 I assume some issue of my account related to time zone or similar

La problematica in questione è già nota al nostro team di ingegneri. Come prima prova, ti invito a provare a cambiare il fuso orario nel tuo account Arlo, scegliendone uno diverso ma che mantenga lo stesso tempo. Per modificare il fuso orario:

Avvia l'app Arlo Secure
Tocca Impostazioni
Tocca I miei dispositivi
Tocca il nome del dispositivo che vuoi aggiornare.
Tocca Fuso orario
Scorri per trovare il fuso orario scelto e tocca per selezionarlo

Se la procedura sopra non apporta risultati, e se stai utilizzando il geofencing o la programmazione, puoi anche provare a modificare qualsiasi cosa all'interno della modalità.

Rimango in attesa di un suo riscontro se queste prove hanno dato risultati.

Hi Jurek,

I've tried the procedure you have suggested but I still have the issue.

I've also change the mobile device, same result.

For reference my wife doesn't have the same issue on her mobile app

L'app Arlo Secure sul dispositivo di sua moglie è nella nuova versione con Feed al posto di Libreria (ovvero la nuova esperienza 4.0)?

Is the Arlo Secure app on your wife's phone upgraded to the new 4.0 version with Feed instead of Library ?

di quale sezione della APP serve lo screenshot?

Ho notato che anche l'applicazione desktop (PC) ha lo stesso problema
Sembra più un problema di utente più che di app

gli screenshot possono essere fatti dalla primissima schermata che si vede quando si avvia l'app.

sì, se non già fatto, puoi provare a reinstallare l'app, magari anche cancellando la memoria cache se possibile.
