      <description>&lt;P&gt;Salve,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ho un sistema con 2 telecamere Arlo pro2 ed 1 Arlo pro.Alexa, App Arlo online e mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tutte le telecamere correttamente censite nellìapp Alexa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quando uso l'app Alexa dal TV SAmsung per vedere il live mi mostra il live per qualceh secondo e poi miodice che la Telecamere npn è supportata.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qualcuno sa aiutarmi?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;ha già provato a disattivare e riattivare la skill di Arlo Alexa? Anche riavviando la Smart TV Samsung non ha notato differenze?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao e grazie della disponibilità.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho provato entrambe le cose ma senza alcun risultato.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Il video live della camera si avvia e dopo 2 secondi diventa nero.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;La invito a provare a &lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/it/1713/In-che-modo-%C3%A8-possibile-rimuovere-un-dispositivo-dall-account-Arlo" target="_blank"&gt;rimuovere &lt;/A&gt;e riaggiungere una delle due videocamere nel suo account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Se il problema dovesse persistere, La invito in questo caso a contattare il nostro supporto tecnico, così da poter procedere con ulteriori verifiche.&lt;/P&gt;
