      <title>problema app stazione base scollegata</title>

      <description>Buongiorno,&lt;BR /&gt;da circa una settimana quando entro nell'app di Arlo nella schermata "Dispositivi" mi dice:" il dispositivo Arlo risulta offline......." e sotto dice:" la stazione base è scollegata". Ma se esco e rientro dall'app più volte ritorna online.&lt;BR /&gt;Ma questo problema persiste ogni volta che entro nell'app costringendomi ad entrare ed uscire più volte per far in modo che l'app funzioni.&lt;BR /&gt;PS: il router internet funziona correttamente ed ho collegato solo la stazione base e nessun altro hard ware è collegato al router. Lo stesso problema si verifica anche dall'app dello smartphone della mia compagna e non solo dal mio telefono, quindi presumo possa essere un problema dell'app e non so come risolverlo. Ho provato anche a riavviare la stazione base ma senza ottenere risultati&lt;BR /&gt;Grazie&lt;BR /&gt;Saluti</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ha recentemente aggiornato l'app? Che versione ha e che dispositivi usa?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Se entra da browser, riscontra lo stesso problema? Quando l'app dice che è offline, acceda da browser e controlli.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;La stazione base è collegata direttamente al router?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Posso comunque chiederle la capacità in upload?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Provi ad effettuare un reset della stazione base e nuova configurazione:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-Tenere premuto il foro reset finché i LED lampeggiano arancione&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-Appena lampeggiano arancione rilasciare il foro&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-Attendere che i primi due LED diventino verdi&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Entrare nell'App In Videocamere&amp;gt;Aggiungi dispositivo&amp;gt;Stazione base e seguire le istruzioni riportate&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Una volta riassociata la stazione base, associare le videocamere singolarmente: Videocamere&amp;gt;Aggiungi dispositivo&amp;gt;Arlo&amp;gt;Stazione base e seguire anche qui le istruzioni&lt;/P&gt;

Non credo ma la espongo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stesso account due dispositivi iOS e Android.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apro app da Android nella pagina dei dispositivi senza guardare il live nessun problema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Se accedo da IOS non mi fa accedere e mi manda nella pagina di login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basta solo che Android vada in stanby e IOS mi fa accedere normalmente.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quello che é strano è che in Android ,anche se va in standby il cell, le app sono sempre lì in “sordina”.
