Hi everybody, we have installed an Arlo GO LTE camera using a SIM with an Italian main mobile carrier (TIM) . We have placed the camera in an outdoor location to control the entrance of a gate. We've noted that very often the camera goes offline even the signal of the mobile carrier is strenght, we've also configured the camera avoiding the battery saving options in order to ensure that the camera is always turned on but the problem is still remaining. Sometimes as the camera goes offline, and sometimes it goes online on its own without any intervention. We don't know if the camera has been certified with some other operators in addition to Vodafone . Is there someone else that occured in a similar issue ? Could be a firmware problem ? Thanks in advance for the support. King Regards.

You can also try and remove & re-sync the camera to see if that remedies the issue.
