ma voiture a été volé alors qu’elle était garée juste sous une camera Arlo. J’ai 2 stations avec deux cameras, une ultra et une ancienne . L’ancienne est restée active et donc je peux voir (mal) les voleurs, mais l’ultra n’a strictement rien enregistré… Comme elle fonctionne parfaitement d’habitude je pense qu’elle a été hacké, je pense qu’ils ont utilisé le wifi privé des cameras pour désactiver la camera, comment puis je accéder au settings de ce réseau ? que puis je faire pour éviter que ce problème ne se reproduise ? des logs sont absolument indispensables pour analyser les problèmes de sécurité est ce qu’il y en a quelque part ?

Seems unlikely, given your description. If they disrupted the wifi on the Ultra, I'd expect that to be disrupted on the Pro as well.

Have you checked if the camera is picking up motion now (when you move into the area where the thieves entered)?

FWIW, I agree - but unfortunately Arlo doesn't provide logging.

The camera work perfectly, it just had a blank during the thieves operation. I don't know if the ultra and the other use the same wifi channel and frequency so I cannot conclude if it was wifi jamming or a smart attack on the ultra wifi channel or other.
