&lt;P&gt;If you can still exchange the camera with the seller, then I would start with that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, contact Arlo support using the app, and request an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I guess you could try a factory reset first.&lt;/P&gt;
