    <description>We have the Arlo Pro 2, came with 4 cameras. Three of the cameras are outside and are working great. The fourth camera has been inside and is no longer working. It won't charge, so I'm assuming the battery is no longer any good. We've only had the system not quite a year. I've been looking for a phone number to call customer service with no luck. The number I did call, I was hung up on six times and was told I would receive a call back so a replacement battery could be sent, which no call back ever happen. 
Any suggestions?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to use a battery from the other cameras to see if those will charge? This will help isolate the issue to the camera, battery or charger. I have provided the link for Arlo Tech Support below.&lt;/P&gt;
