Adding cameras

Hello,

When I try to add cameras, the base station recognizes them, but the process gets stuck on the “Rename your device” screen.

I have several Arlo Pro 2 cameras (which I understand are now end-of-life), but I’m experiencing the same issue with my Arlo Pro 3 cameras as well.

I’ve tried setting them up using both my iPhone and my MacBook Air, but the problem persists.

Has anyone encountered this issue or found a solution?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

What name are you trying to give your cameras? Can you try something simple, like "Home", without any special characters? Are you getting any error messages, or is the app freezing? If possible, try installing it on an Android device.
