Wrong status of system activation when internet connexion is down

Hi all,

I just noticed a bad issue with my system (Arlo Pro v2, but I guess this issue is not restricted to this version).

I'm activating/deactivating my system with the official mobile application.

The app is displaying a correct status according m'y actions , let me thinking everything is ok.

But in fact my internet box is out of order, so my Arlo system is not receiving the order to activate/deactivate.

The status in the app let me think that everything is fine while it's not the case.

The status in the app should update only if the central confirm the order réception/exécution.

Veuillez noter que vous avez contacté la Communauté française. 🙂

En cas de problème de connexion, les caméras seront affichées comme hors ligne dans l'application. Dans ce cas, la communication entre le système et l'application est impossible, et le statut risque de ne pas être mis à jour. Veuillez préciser quel message s'affiche dans l'application lorsque votre box ne fonctionne pas.

If there is a connection issue, the cameras will be displayed as offline in the app. In this case, communication between the system and the app is impossible, and the status may not be updated. Please specify what message is displayed in the app when your Internet box is not working.
