I bought the Arlo 2nd generarion camara in the US but it is not working in my country Argentina. I can’t install the camera because the has not got the update. What can I do?

We are sorry but our new Arlo Essential 2nd generation camera is not yet available in your country, so you can't see it in the app or install it. We always recommend purchasing your Arlo product in the country you plan to use it in to ensure installation.

We recommend contacting your retailer or Arlo US support for further assistance.

Thank you for your answer. Maybe you can put a sign telling that this camara only works in the country you buy it so people from other countries like me don’t buy this camera.
