&lt;P&gt;Consider a factory reset and try again to see if you're still getting the same results. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select your Arlo Q Plus &amp;gt; Remove Device. After the device has been removed, log into your Arlo account and click "Add Device", follow the on screen prompts to reclaim your Arlo Q Plus.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: Removing your Arlo Q Plus will erase all current CVR history.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, since buying a CVR plan, the camera does not record well, it records without sound.&amp;nbsp;I have tried restarting and it still does not work. It's very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
