Arlo bridge light won't connect to the Wi-Fi and them shut off. The Arlo bridge is new, the factory reset has already been performed and the problem persists.

This product must be connected to a 2.4 GHz network, so please check if this network is available through your router. Also, confirm that you have performed the reset following the instructions in this article: How do I perform a factory reset on my Arlo Bridge?

Eso es lo que estoy tratando de hacer. Conectarlo a la red WiFi 2.4Ghz. 🙄

¿Hay Wi-Fi de 2,4 GHz disponible en su enrutador? ¿Puedes verlo y conectarte desde otro dispositivo móvil? Si es así, también debería poder instalar un dispositivo Arlo.
