Floodlight Multiple Activity Zones

Is it possible to set up activity zones with the wired floodlight that only record video and have separate zones that both record video and activates the floodlight?

Want to record motion detection farther out from my house but only turn on the floodlight if there's activity inside of 20 feet. Saw a post from 2021 that said this wasn't possible but am hoping in the 5 years since that's changed...?

The wired floodlight didn't exist in 2021.

You can try setting up an activity zone that excludes the region where you don't want recordings. The floodlight should still turn on when motion is detected in that area.

The 2021 post was for the wireless floodlight and I assumed both it and the wired version have the same features / setup.

I don't want to exclude recordings. I want to capture video in all activity zones but only have the lights turn on in specific zones that are closer to the house.

Well, they are actually very different.

How is that different from excluding recordings in zones that are closer to the house??? (the lights will turn on whenever motion is detected, whether in or out of the zones).
