I cancelled my subscription about a year ago and just started to use my SD card in the hub and viewing them in the app by downloading as it was free. Logged into the app yesterday and it is no longer allowing to view any recordings just tells me to get a cloud plan. So the Arlo system is no longer worth it for me will just have to find a new system that allows local recording. What a joke these guys are!

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu? Or do you instead see "Library"?

I have had Arlo Pro for many years. I chose it because of the 7 day free video access. That was part of the purchase. How can they automatically take that away and not grand father the promised service for long time customers and honor the product as bought? They are going to lose the dedicated Arlo customers. If I get robbed or property damage while they turn off my cameras there is going to be a problem.

There is still 7 day storage that was not taken away. Can you please check to make sure that your cameras are set up correctly under modes.

https://kb.arlo.com/000062777/About-Arlo-Routines-Modes-Rules-and-Automations

Yes my cameras are setup correctly - been using for years. You have now forced unsolicited new software that completely changes how I access anything with no instructions
