How to filter videos in local feed

The new ARLO security app released around 29/04/2025.

In the feed section, has anyone worked out how to filter the videos on the LOCAL section, so that only one location is showing and not all?

One location? (Feed explicitly supports locations) Or one camera?

You can see recordings for one smarthub by

going the devices
pressing on the smarthub tile
pressing storage settings

Then how do you filter each camera, so that they can be looked at individually and not all grouped together?

You can't. There is no filtering feature right now for local storage.

Do you know if this option/action is going to be reintroduced?

It was an option available on the previous app under the library tab, to filter the individual cameras.

It was very useful.

I don't work for Arlo, so I do not know.

It is useful. But if I remember correctly, it also was only available for cloud recordings (and not local storage).

No it was available in local storage because I used it all the time. I don't have plans.

Do you have an email address for Arlo so I can find out if this feature will be restored in the near future.

At the moment it is cumbersome and a backward step in my opinion.

I see on the last update Version 6.0.2 that the filter to sort cameras individually has been reinstated in the feed for the cloud and not for local.

As stated before this was a feature for both the cloud & local in the previous version

This is on the development teams list of things to build this year. I will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
