    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bluetooth isn't being used. It would help to know which base you have - check the bottom of the base for a label that shows VMBxxxx. Also, what cameras are you trying to add? The originals used 4 CR123 batteries while newer ones have rechargeable batteries and can be identified by looking in the battery compartment for a label with VMCxxxx.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You state that she deleted the cameras from her account but she also needs to remove the base so you can claim it into your account. No subscription is needed to set up the system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ALso be sure that you're connected to your WiFi and that no VPN is in use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MIL upgraded her security system and gave her old Arlo set to me and my husband. She deleted the cameras from her phone and I’ve added the Arlo app to my phone. Essentially, my phone cannot find the base/hub. I’ve reset everything, but I still cannot get my phone to recognize the system. Is this because I’m doing something wrong? Or is it because I have to purchase a monthly plan since the camera system was registered by her at time of purchase?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
