&lt;P&gt;Is the smarthub connected directly to a router LAN port?&amp;nbsp; Or is it connected to one of the other Deco mesh elements?&amp;nbsp; If it is connected to one of the other mesh elements, it's possible that the Deco backhaul is dropping.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might also be good to check the power adapter on the smarthub - making sure it is firmly plugged into both the smarthub and the main power.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted on 4/2 and got a response from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/378"&gt;@jguerdat&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The only option I had was click a heart or "accept as solution".&amp;nbsp; I have no option to reply, so here I go again.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The answer I was&amp;nbsp; given was "Reboot the router."&amp;nbsp; Which i had already done several times, along with rebooting my router, rebooting the Arlo router, etc, ad nauseum.&amp;nbsp; I need a real fix for this. Can someone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
