An after thought. Repeated instructions from Tech Support online or via the community to reset a camera means I have to get the ladder out and climb to do this. It's easy to say this, not as easy for me to execute the instruction. Verdict? Not worth the effort. Negative value.

I tried to respond to your survey from my phone and got an error. Posting again here. Fortunately I saved my text to the clipboard.

When I accepted answering your survey from my phone, it opened in a new tab. Upon returning to the original browser tab, it started from the top of the community, not where I was when your survey pop-up occurred. I won't do that again.

I expect to replace all of my equipment cancel my subscription upon renewal. This system requires TOO much work to maintain and has never worked properly. I turn off motion notifications and still get them. I get motion notifications of tree shadows, yet the delivery men at my front door are missed. This is a terrible UI for mobile phones, by the way. The doorbell camera is virtually worthless as it notifies me often about cars WELL outside my activity zones, and I live on a busy street. I wanted to love this system, but it is not good. I think I have 10 Ultra 2s, 3 hubs, the floodlight, the wired doorbell, 2 doorbell expansions, the security system, and a subscription. Caveat emptor.

Thank you for the feedback on support. I do understand the frustration on having to climb the ladders to reach the camera for the reset. However, sometimes this step is needed for a resolution.
