For the life of me, I can't get automations to work on the upgraded app

Since i updated the app, all of the perfectly working schedules are now non working and despite trying multiple times to re-established our required schedules within the automations, it never works and I'm having to manually arm and disarm cameras.

At this point, i wished i never upgraded the app and if this isn't fixed with the next update, i'm going to have to look at a different product, absolutely useless and i'm curios who did the testing prior to releasing this upgrade?

Likely the automation enable lists are improperly set.

Can you post screenshots of all your automations?

So I am thinking you want this schedule:

On weekends:

all cameras armed between 21:30 and 06:30
all cameras disarmed between 06:30 and 21:30

On weekdays:

all cameras armed between 21:30 and 06:30
all cameras disarmed between 06:30 and 07:40
only the front door camera armed between 07:40 and 15:30 (all other cameras disarmed)
all cameras disarmed between 15:30 and 21:30

Is this correct?

sorry for the reply,

I'm after all the cameras to be active 2230 to 0630 every night.

Monday to Friday front door 0830 to 1700.

I've gone back in and enabled every mode, instead of just the mode I want it to switch to. So its always enable, seems to be working now.

Just can't get the front door camera to activate?

You have three combinations of cameras available to you (one for Arm Away, one for Arm Home, one for Standby). To get the behavior your want, you need to use all three.

Arm Away to arm all cameras
Arm Home to arm just the front door
Standby to disarm all cameras

So the first step is to configure the modes to do this (in particular, modify the rules in Arm Home to just arm the front door).

The next step is to set up four schedule automations to

switch to Standby at 0630 every day
switch to Arm Home at 0830 weekdays
switch to Standby at 1700 weekdays
switch to Arm Away at 2230 every day

Set all of these to be always enabled.
