      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My dad is locked out of his Arlo account and the password recovery process is not working. The email is [EDIT] and we do not receive any codes at all to do the password reset. It seems like he is locked out of his Arlo account completely and I am not sure what else to do in order to access. I had to create this Arlo account in order to post on this forum to ask for help because I could not find a customer service phone number nor could I find a place to submit a help service ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you could contact that email above or this email [Edit] that would be great. I do not know anyway else to get help with my dad's account because I could not find other support resources on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
