Android App Local Feed Error.

Hello all,

Does anyone know if this is a known bug with Local Recordings in the Android app?

Since the recent Android app upgrade to version 5.6.2_28827, I’ve been receiving a message that says, "There was an issue loading feed events." A similar issue occurred with an update back in January and was resolved with update 5.4.2.

I’ve verified that port forwarding is set up correctly, and I am able to view recordings by navigating to Devices > Arlo SmartHub > Storage Settings, where today's recordings are visible.

android 5.6.1 here.

Feed >> local tab has long been buggy but I do find it essentially fixed now. Basically IF you are able to see the "local" tab, then it is showing local recordings --- correctly, though slowly.

Having said that, there are still a few minor issues left, yet to be fixed:

Feed >> "local" tab may not appear on first time. Often, I need to click somewhere else (say Dashboard), then click Feed again. Then "local" should likely appear (which is now correct).

I'm still having issues getting local recordings to actually display under Feed. In the hub's settings under Storage Settings today, I also got a notice to try again which actually worked, unlike in Feed. Once I did that Feed also showed them.

Yes, the problem still exists. I am on version 5.6.3_28831 now and still not seeing local recordings. Instead, I receive the error message: "There was an issue loading feed events." I am able to view todays recording
