      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 5 wirefree cameras (VMC3030). After the prompted upgrade to the&amp;nbsp; iOS secure app, the 7 day recording is no longer available and prior library clips have also disappeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo KB article still says that 7 day recording should be available for EOL cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to re-enable / get the 7 day recording back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you check the mode you are using, and make sure there are rules for your cameras in that mode?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i took two steps after the issue occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;removed and added back one of the cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did manual recording.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now the cameras record when there is motion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
