    <description>&lt;P&gt;5.5.0_28795 is broken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.5.1_28799 isn't available yet for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing that's whack now is cameras get stuck when doing a live view for several at once.&amp;nbsp; If you stop stop the live views and move on to other cameras, can't do a live view.&amp;nbsp; The view just twitches and that's that - will twitch for all cameras connected to the same base station.&amp;nbsp; Nothing to be done except REBOOT the base station.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes have to do it a few times and wait and pray.&amp;nbsp; This just started recently.&amp;nbsp; And only does this with the base station that has the most cameras. Base station one has 3 cameras, number two has 8 cameras and number 3 has 3 cameras&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo is the biggest POS out there and it's false advertising, IMHO, to call it "secure" or a security system or anything even remotely like one, it's just one massive joke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't have so many of these crazy stupid issues before I upgraded to the feed version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently updated the Arlo app to version 5.4.3_28791, Released 01/23/25, on my Android mobile. Since then, when playing back camera videos, there is no way to pause and continue playback. I used to be able to tap the screen to get a pause (double bar) option/icon, after pressing paused playback, then tapping again getting a resume-play icon (right arrow) that, after pressing, continues play. None of this works now. You can only let the video play continuously from start to finish, or else slide the position dot backwards but then it continues play from there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue - can't pause videos.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are so many issues with the new UI. Smart Notifications screen doesn't list all of my cameras. I opened a ticket for it and it was closed without any resolution. I had to call and re-open it. Still no word about a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app no longer can identify "animals" vs. "motion" - it's all labelled as 'motion' now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new UI no longer has a screen where you can arm/disarm a single camera in an ad hoc fashion. Now, the cameras are lumped together in categories and you have to go to multiple screens and several clicks to temporarily arm/disarm a camera. The ability to arm/disarm cameras on a single screen is ESSENTIAL for users!!!&amp;nbsp; Losing this functionality is a major setback and shows just how out of touch ARLO is from the user community. Put it back ARLO!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The behavior of the videos when viewed from within Arlo app is so erratic, I have to download if I really want to see whats going on, especially at the very beginning or end, when I get too close to either when zooming or trying to navigate too near the beginning or end, Arlo will leave the video I'm on and either go to the next or previous.&amp;nbsp; It's absolutely insane.&amp;nbsp; I like the way Arlo uses their paying customers as their beta testers.&amp;nbsp; If they made their devs actually USE Arlo at home, I bet we wouldn't have to deal with this user experience insanity.&amp;nbsp; Everything that was useful is either gone or broken.&amp;nbsp; Even something simple like tapping on a push notification and having the video tied to the notification open up and play.&amp;nbsp; When I tap on a push notification either nothing happens or it starts a live view of the associated camera.&amp;nbsp; Totally useless.&amp;nbsp; But that's Arlo for you... and as time marches on they get worse and worse and worse....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my system since the 1st gen Arlo Pro cameras - worked great when they were under the auspices of Netgear.&amp;nbsp; After that, issue upon issue upon issue.&amp;nbsp; Then when they would get it working tolerably well, then they would come along and switch it up and it AGAIN would become an intolerable mess.&amp;nbsp; It's been a source of frustration, as well as a constant source of amusement, across the years.&amp;nbsp; If I treated my client the way Arlo treats theirs, I wouldn't have any... honestly...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is now resolved with the latest version of the Arlo mobile app v5.2.2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This update is in a slow-rollout phase and should be fully released around the 20th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please make sure you have the latest update as it's released and test again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
