My ex has access to my cameras via the app how can i stop this from happening im also not sure if im the primary account holder or a shared one

or how can i totally start again so no one has access

If you do see the remove option, then you are the primary account holder.

Yes I have the remove device option in the settings

If you see "Library" in your app menu, then you can use this guide to remove your ex's shared access:
