illegal arlo cameras

someone has illegally put arlo cameras in our place of business. we have taken all of them. is there anyway to identify the owner of the account by the serial numbers on the cameras.

Arlo will not connect me to a live agent becuase i don't have an account.

apparently a dilemma to ARLO. customer confidentiality is paramontal. Have you reported to police, in the first hand?

This is a police matter, not an Arlo one. Therefore, you should report the incident to your local police station.

Yes we reported it to the police. They are not going to investigate illegal cameras in a place of business. They said “take them down. Nothing we can do” that’s why i was asking.
