Moin, gerne möchte ich meinen Vater den Zugriff auf meine "Arlo" (Harware: H7) Kameras gewähren. Meine Kameras habe ich mit Ihm geteilt und er hat meine Einladung angenommen, so steht es auch bei mir im Account. Leider werden ihm trotzdem nicht meine Kameras in seiner App angezeigt. Ich nutze IOS mit der App Version 5.3.4. -die Version mit "Bibliothek" und mein Vater nutzt Android mit der Version 5.3.3_28779 erschienen 18.12.2024 - die Version mit "Feed". Ihm wird allerdings kein neues Update anzeigt, wie kann ich seine App aktualisieren?

Hi, I would like to give my father access to my "Arlo" (Harware: H7) cameras. I shared my cameras with him and he accepted my invitation, so it says in my account. Unfortunately, he still doesn't see my cameras in his app. I use IOS with the app version 5.3.4. - the version with "library" and my father uses Android with the version 5.3.3_28779 released 18.12.2024 - the version with "Feed". However, he does not see a new update, how can I update his app?

Either you will need to migrate to "Feed", or you will need to share your Arlo username/password with your father.

hey @StephenB , I would like to migrate to "Feed" but when I go to the apple appstore there is no update to choose. As per the app store I alraedy have the latest version on my phone. Do you have any idea how I can trigger the update ?

He is using the base station VMB3500r4- which runs on the latest version and I have an older base station VMB3010r2 but this on is also running on the latest version. No update is outstanding

The app includes both "Feed" and "Library".

The hack to migrate is to go into "Add Device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. While you can't actually do that without the camera, you will be migrated to "Feed" before you get stuck.
