      <title>Cannot Cancel Subscription!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of my Arlo cameras died.&amp;nbsp; I've tried everything they suggested to revive them, with no luck.&amp;nbsp; Obviously, I no longer need my monthly $12.99 subscription since the hardware has failed (less than 1 year old).&amp;nbsp; The website indicates that you are to log in to your account online, choose Settings and then choose Subscription in order to cancel.&amp;nbsp; However, when I log in and choose Settings, the option that says Subscription is grayed out and cannot be clicked on.&amp;nbsp; I'm getting no response at all from Arlo Support (where you're unable to reach a live person, it's all chat (useless) based which offers no solution at all.&amp;nbsp; I really don't want to have to cancel my credit card in order to get out of this mess!&amp;nbsp; Poor product and incredibly poor customer service!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone found a way around this?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
